How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most Hideaway products have a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging.
